Since this hand-hewn building has maintained all the characteristics of the original log cabin, you can imagine what life was like 100 years ago. One can only envision why this place was chosen for an original settler to build a foundation. This cabin is a little hideaway which makes for a very relaxing and quiet stay. Ideal for a small family or individuals who seek a more connected experience to nature. This home is quietly placed, facing a serene pond with frequent visits by wildlife. Access to private lakes and trails is available.
This is a two-storey log house that is fully furnished with two bedrooms – one queen-size bed and one double bed. There is one bathroom with bath/shower. Can accommodate up to four people. A newly-added sunroom is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a book or even enjoy it as a group. There is a television and satellite TV. BBQ available.
